I'd
like to thank everyone for coming out tonight to help us witness and celebrate
Tamara's Bat Mitzvah (this afternoon). My little girl is growing up. In
fact, she told me so herself last week.
I have tried to save her childhood. It's been difficult. She's always wanted to grow up so quickly. She's had her ups and downs...but more ups than downs. And she's going to turn into a fine woman. She's obviously smart, beautiful, talented.
I think the thing I love most about her is that she's full of energy. Unlimited potential. I know that anyone who comes into contact with her feels it. It rubs off and...Permeates the air.
She's about to experience a second part of her life. A second major part. She's going to understand herself a little bit better. Who she is. What she wants to do. She's unfortunately going to get some more responsibilities. That could be good or bad. She's going to learn to form new relationships.
For all these things I wish her wisdom. I know she has strength of character. And throughout her life...good health.
